I do recommend to use above methods in between professional Carpet Cleans. However these methods are NOT a substitute to our vigorous carpet cleaning process, which should be carried out annually, for end of tenancy carpet cleans and before move in carpet cleans.
Professional carpet cleaners can quickly identify a carpet’s type and use appropriate methods for that specific type. Natural fibre carpets can be sensitive to certain types of solvents, so it is important to verify its material beforehand. Then we use an industrial vacuum cleaner that is much more powerful than the domestic one to remove as much soil as possible. We also use a UV torch to detect any urine or bio stains otherwise not visible to the naked eye.
We pre spray a premium chemical on the entire carpet which smells amazing with built in fabric softeners and brighteners. This will allow the chemical to soak in and loosen any soil that is in there and that would not come out otherwise. Brighteners take care of most stains like tea, coffee etc.
Mechanical agitation is used to loosen embedded soil particles during the cleaning process, as well as to increase the effectiveness of the cleaning solution. Mechanical agitation machine with its 2 counter rotating brushes pulls up all the hair and most people are surprised of what comes up from years ago when they used to have different dog or hair from previous tenants that vacuum just won't get to. As well as this process lifts the carpet pile, even some of the most beaten carpets can be restored to its former glory!
Hot Water extraction is the wash out process and this is when super hot water gets jetted in the carpet and simultaneously dirty water gets extracted from the carpet. Industrial Pre-Vacuum: Removing up to 80% of dry soil and grit before it turns into “mud” when wet.
Specialist Pre-Shampoo: Applying an emulsifier to break the chemical bond between oily dirt and the carpet fibers.
Mechanical Agitation: Using a Pile Lifting (CRB) machine to scrub the solution deep into the pile, loosening stuck-on grime and reviving matted fibers.
Hot Water Extraction: Rinsing the carpet with high-pressure steam and powerful suction to remove all dirt and cleaning residues.

The carpet are left near to dry after the clean, however to fully dry it depends from type of fibre and drying conditions. If its regular clean for short pile polypropeline carpet in favourable drying conditions it will be bone dry in 2 hrs or less however if its long pile or wool carpet and in less favourable drying conditions it will take longer. Either way you can walk on them straight away with your indoors wear or upon request we will be more than happy to supply you with free shoe covers.

It usually takes around two hours to clean carpets professionally. However, this time may vary depending on the size and condition of the carpets, as well as the type of cleaning method used. Additionally, each room may require more or less time than the others. In general, however, two hours is an average estimate for professional carpet cleaning.
